F.O.C.U.S. is an organization created at TSU to address the unique concerns of the approximate 3,000 undergraduate students who are 23 years of age or older. The members welcome other non-traditional students to become a member of this organization with its FOCUS on their success.

To form a networking system for the adult learner
To address concerns which adult learners have.
To offer workshops/seminars to meet the needs of the adult learner.
To establish a meeting place for adult learners.
To provide mentors for the adult learners.
To provide a support system for the adult learner.
